I called at 8:00am to come out and fix our freezer and refrigerator that was defrosting. They said they could be here by 10:00a-12:00p. I asked the latest they could come because of work. Alex came and fixed the freezer and the ice maker that we were told 3 years ago that it couldn’t be fixed and it would cost $2000 to replace the door by a technician from GE, which wasn’t in our budget at the time! Alex was amazing, diagnosed so quickly and efficiently!!! So happy with your service!!!

We called APA Appliance Repair about our LG washing machine. Alexander explained what was causing the problem and walked us through a few options for fixing it. I appreciated having a clear explanation before deciding how to proceed. He completed the repair, and the washer is working properly again. Overall, a positive experience, and thank you to Alexander for taking the time to explain everything.
